Dating from the English arts & Crafts era, late 19th- early 20th century this amazingly decorative red and cream printed hanging or banner originaly designed to hang in a church.
There’s over 5 meters in each panel which and each has a repeating print of a chalice, shields, wheat stalks, flowers, crosses and other symbols of Christianity.
With a strong Gothic/ Puginesque feel this would look great hung around the top of a room, above windows or doorways.
We have two of these and the price quoted is for ONE panel.

520cm long x 70cm wide
Condition: In excellent antique condition with an overall patina of age and some light fading and historic mends. Nothing detrimental to the piece as a whole.
