Dating from the second half of the 19th century, a cream floss silk embroidered Delhi shawl.
Embroidered in a traditional manner with intricate motifs and decoration, onto a fine cream net ground.
In good antique condition with some losses to the silk embroidery along the outer edges. Some flaws and marks, as you would expect in an antique shawls of this antiquity.
