Item Details.
A wonderful watercolour, hand painted with a pretty, floral decorated, two handled vase of flowers (fuchsia), and a beautiful exotic bird with feathers highlighted in gold.

We are offering this painting for sale unframed so that you can frame it to your own taste.

On the reverse is a handwritten verse “To a Fat Lady”, dated July 3rd 1832, which we think is around the same date as the painting.

The painting is on card which has been glued to the paper which is slightly larger in size than the board.

Era and Usage.
Dating from the early 19th century.

Measurements:

22.5cm l

Condition: Very Good
In good antique condition. An overall patina of age ans some small tears to the edges of the paper.
