We couldn’t resist buying this hand crocheted patchwork throw, blanket (or whatever you want it to be ) because of the beautiful soft colours which have been carefully and beautifully placed.

Made from a mixture of silky art silk yarn, cotton and wool, it has a wonderful tactile quality and drapes beautifully when thrown around the shoulders or over a piece of furniture.

We think this dates from the 1970s the colours really evoke this time….
