A lovely hand embroidered needlepoint panel with an urn of flowers dating from around 1900
Hand worked in fine wools in the Jacobean Revival style so popular from the late 1800s onwards.
Worked in pretty soft colours onto a pale great/taupe ground this panel would benefit from being stretched and mounted, a service that we are pleased to be able to offer from our dedicated textile conservation studios. Please ask us for details.
In excellent antique condition with an overall patina of age as you would expect in a textile of this antiquity.
