From our studios a pair of bespoke cushions/pillows carefully made using antique Lampas silk brocades from the Ottoman era.
These antique silk brocades were used to cover ottomans and pillows in throughout the 18th and 19th centuries. This pair of cushions are made using a beautiful hand woven magenta silk with brocaded patterning worked in real silver thread.
The cushions have a linen backing and fasten with covered buttons, all of our cushions come complete with high quality handmade feather pads.
The silks we use are antique and may have small flaws, marks, and other signs of wear that you’d expect in an antique textile.
