Dating from the first quarter of the 20th century this extraordinary block print or stencilled Folk Art wall hanging from Scandinavia, probably Sweden.
Hand printed onto a fairly heavy hand loomed black woollen cloth.
Decoratively printed with birds and traditional patterns this makes a really interesting wallhanging which would suit most interior settings.
