A beautiful decorative bedcover dating from around 1900/1910 Arts and Crafts period, probably English.
Hand embroidered in cream mercerised cotton on a biscuit colour (somewhat darker than the photographs show) hand loomed linen ground, with a hand worked crotchet lace inserts.
This bedcover would also work very well as a curtain and would suit most interior settings.

Condition:
In excellent antique condition with an overall patina of age and some small rust/ age marks which it may be possible to remove with specialist cleaning.
