Dating from the 1920s-30s era this small size quilted silk quilt with applique flowers. Handmade in China for export to Europe.

Within the hand stitched quilting are auspicious symbols and a scallop shaped pattern.

Beautifully made and finished with jade green binding around the outer edges this would make a wonderful gift.

Would suit a variety of interior settings and would work well as a small sofa throw or across the end of a small bed.

Condition:
In good antique condition with an overall patina of age consistent with age and use. Some light historic marks, nothing that deters from the overall loveliness of this textile as a whole.
