Made in the 1930s era, a wonderful deep berry silk embroidered kimono from Japan (made for export)
Decoratively hand embroidered with spiky chrysanthemums and a sweet bird on the back and with floral motifs trailing down the sleeves and onto the front.
The kimono has a stunning yellow sating lining which contrasts beautifully with the berry colour.
