An amazing find! A absolutely beautiful indigo blue linen bedcover/curtain/wallhanging dating from the early 20th century 1900/1910.
Hand embroidered with pale cream silk in an all over floral and foliate design, based on Jacobean Revival embroidery which was extremly popular during this period.
The design is striking and has been worked by someone who is not only skilled with a needle but also had a real flair for design.
Would suit most interior settings, both modern and period. Perfect for a collector.
