Dating from the 1920s and we think from France a good sized panel of cotton printed velvet with a free hand painted feel in a modernist design style.
The lovely loose floral motifs have been printed in soft blues with butterscotch and ecrus with touches of green grey with the cobwebs and flower centres in brown's.
This textile would work very well in most interior settings and would work well as a curtain, wall hanging or, has enough strength to be used for a furnishing or upholstery project.
