A pretty drawstring bag dating from the early to mid 20th century hand embroidered in England.

This lovely bag has been made from linen and is embroidered with gorgeous floss silk flowers in dark claret reds, deep orange reds and vermillion with dark green stems and bright sky blue berries.

Eye catching and fun, this bag would be a great accessory for a summer party or wedding.

30cm long plus 11cm tassle
40cm across top when open.

Condition.
Excellent overall condition for an item of this era and usage. Some slight age marks/ foxing. Nothing very noticeable or detrimental to the piece as a whole.
