Loving the earthy tones in this hand embroidered wallhanging from India and dating from the second half of the 20th century.
Made from cotton which has then been hand embroidered, it is covered in tiny mirrors (shisha) which twinkle when they catch the light.
A truly stunning piece which would look great in most interior settings. It would also work well in the back of a sofa.
There is a sleeve for a pole running along the top edge which has been added at a later date.

100cm wide x 164cm long
Condition.
In great ready to use vintage condition. An overall patina of age but is still fresh and undamaged.
