The musical,instruments, tabla and shenai with blooming flowers all symbolise happiness and joy.
The is handwritten text on the reverse in Urdu.
Painted in the style of a manuscript with decorative pen & ink sketches and notations in the margins. Painted in watercolours on a smooth card.
In excellent antique condition with some minor bookworm(?) damage.
