A Pair of Ottoman Gilt Wood Turban Stands (KAVUKLUCK)
TURKEY, EARLY 19TH CENTURYMade from open work hand hardwood with intertwining leaves and a honeycomb latticework these would look wonderful on either side of a fireplace or against a dark painted wall. Gilt paintwork may be a later addition.Both shelves fold and have a shelf originally designed to house a turban but could be used for a decorative object or similar.
These would make a perfect present for someone special, and would suit a wide variety of interiors.
