Antique Silk Brocaded Moire (Watered) Coat : C1900 Uzbekistan

Item Details.
A stunning silk moire brocaded coat in a shimmering silk in pink shot through with acid green/yellow dating from the 19th century.

Made in Uzbekistan circa 1900/1910 and cut in a European style.

The coat has been handmade in an amazing watered silk brocade which shimmers and changes shade as you move, the photographs do not capture the extraordinary iridescence of the silk.

This is a coat warrants a very special occasion. Its a coat to be married in or could be worn on the red carpet. Its just simple stunning and very eye catching!

The coat has been lined throughout with a soft apricot cotton satin.
